MULTI PICKUP LOCATIONS
IN ONE ACCOUNT
Kshipper allows for multiple pick up locations within your account. You simply add your different pick up addresses and when processing your orders select the appropriate pick up location.
FOR MULTI ACTION
Within your account there are many different ways to process your orders based on what works best for you. You are able to input orders manually (single order) or by simply uploading an XLS file (bulk order). You are then able to create Airway Bills (Resi), create shipping labels, receipt notes, run auto tracking, set shipping notifications and access shipment status data.
Print labels fast and easily
You can print single or multiple shipping labels easily through Kshipper. To print the shipping label(s) you will need external peripheral and white plain paper / HVS. You can simply stick the shipping label using glue or clear scotch tape to the package.
SHIPPING LABEL SIZES
Our system allows you to print labels in various sizes based on your needs. Printing can be done using one single piece of white paper (up to 4 labels per page) and can be done for multiple orders in bulk. Simply trim the paper across the dotted line accordingly.
Our system provides email notifications from JNE that your pick up request has been confirmed and at what exact time they will arrive.
SHIPMENT ORDER DETECTION
ON PICKUP LOCATION
If multiple shipment orders require multiple pick up locations our system can automatically detect each pickup location based on your previous orders. The purpose of this is to avoid your need to repeatedly insert the same information for all orders. You can simply set the date and time, chose the shipment and select the pick up request button. Pickup notes will appear and all information will be sent directly to JNE.
ON ALL SHIPMENTS
Our tracking system is active and live at all times. At any time our full shipment dashboard gives you a complete view all orders and delivery status. You are able to view your JNE shipment volumes and detailed descriptions of packages that have been shipped, are in transit, in process and delivered.
ON ORDER HISTORY
All of your shipment data is stored safely within the Kshipper system and available at any time. You are able to view all history by status and filter by dates. For any issues with a specific shipment you are easily able to request an update, which is automatically sent through to JNE Customer Care.
TO RECEIVE SHIPPING DISCOUNTS
By adding credit to your account you will receive significant JNE discounted rates. You can simply top up the amount within your account and each day your total will be deducted based on your shipment spend. You can measure your costs daily, weekly and monthly. You can search for immediate destination rates within system using origin, destination, weight / volume, insurance and the level of delivery service.
Each time a transaction occurs within your account and the debit transaction of e-payment occurs, all data is saved for reporting purposes. Detailed transaction data for each shipment cost is easily accessible. You have complete visibility on the credit used and credit currently available within your account.
